On my way

On Friday night I’ve thought about the way. The way to the supermarket, the way to the office every morning, the way to your friends and so on. It sounds absurd, but already a way means inspiration to me not only the thing you can expect. Since I living nearby the office rather since the office is nearby my flat it takes only 7 minutes to walk to the office. Often it’s great but sometimes I miss something exciting like different people on the subway every morning and so on. So how can I make these 7 minutes even more exciting and how can I re-experience the way?
Ok, I could take the bike, I could count each step and could compare the results from every day, could create a statistic, measure the needed time and so on. Sounds boring and not inspirational. Listen to music? I already do it, so what else can I do on my daily way to the office?
Than I’ve got a sudden inspiration - let’s buy a skateboard again. A skateboard? I already had a skateboard maybe 15 years ago. I loved it - my skateboard and the time I’ve spent, but after I’ve started to dance nothing more was important than dancing and my crew (Ready To Rock).
After two more little schnapps on Friday I’ve decided to buy a skateboard on Saturday and yes I did it! Brilliant, but what’s the reason for a skateboard?
From my point of view a skateboard means 100% inspiration on your daily way. Daily practise means inspiration, doing tricks, to accept the daily street challenge and yes a skateboard is an inspirational alternative to riding a bike, to take the bus or to walk (walking can be inspirational as well, but not on this distance and not any more) - you can do something special.
Tomorrow will be the first day of daily work after I’ve bought the skateboard (I’ve already practised) . Currently I am so happy and I going to take every curb up and down tomorrow morning - for sure. That means 100% fun to me, action and yes - inspiration.
My conclusion: Inspiration makes you creative and gives you a perspective for your life! Doing things different can be inspirational, opens new doors, for new ideas for maybe an other way.
I keep you updated about my skateboard and me.;-)
